3. Technical Document Provided
①Our company provides full set of technical drawings and operating instructions for maintenance.
②About technical principle and use and maintenance of the equipment, can hold a technical training class for the buyer free of charge.
③Train technicians of the buyer free of charge, providing guidance from the whole process of operation, production, debugging and installation.
④Once the equipment is accepted, the supplier shall leave a technician to monitor the equipment for 3 days.
⑤Within one year after receiving the equipment, the supplier is responsible for solving the abnormal quality of the equipment freely, and the response time is less than 24 hours (except for irresistible factors).
⑥After 1 year of acceptance, the maintenance cost shall be charged by the supplier until the service life of the equipment. The maintenance cost shall be composed of the traveling cost of the maintenance personnel, the salary during the absence, and the cost of replacement parts.
⑦The supplier shall be obliged to answer the technical questions related to the operation, maintenance and use of the equipment in detail within the service period of the equipment without violating the technology leakage.
